Leverett Residence & Music Studio

This project was designed and built in 2008 with an intentionally minimalistic and artistic design. Coldham & Hartman Architects worked closely together with the owner to create a new development, blurring the line between residential and commercial building plans while still adhering to the owners' vision. Requirements titled for the home involve precise focus on natural elements including light entering the home and the preservation of the surrounding environment. The use of modern engineered materials such as poured concrete, steel framing, and architectural metals were used creatively to craft an aesthetically pleasing, contemporary home and music studio. Additionally, sustainable and universal design elements were also included to finish this project with an eye for efficiency and accessibility. The project was realized by Teagno Construction.
