Having talked to Desiree a bit before the wedding I had the general impression of her that she would be sweet and from what I could tell a bride who would thoroughly enjoy her wedding day. She was relaxed and happy which I think are two of the best things to be approaching a wedding day! Upon arriving at her room at the Hyatt I was immediately struck by the atmosphere of a little party with every popular 90's song I ever enjoyed (thank you Pandora). Desiree was even sweeter and lovelier than I could have imagined with the most heartwarming smile you could ever come across. She is one of those people who you have the feeling no one anywhere could ever dislike!
Desiree and Aaron's ceremony was tucked away in a cute little nook inside the Hyatt giving it a perfectly intimate feel. Surrounded by friends and family these two emotionally said their vows, beaming with happiness and the support of their loved ones.
When deciding on a location for their couple portraits I wanted to make sure that Desiree got exactly what she wanted. It was important that we were able to get the bride and groom down to the beach and it really was a beautiful time not only to do pictures but also to take a few minutes away from the crowd and to celebrate these first few minutes together as husband and wife.
Just as expected any group traveling with these two would know how to party and enjoy a breezy beautiful Maui evening! With amazing food, good music, beautiful people and an open bar it was a memorable celebration and I have the feeling that these two will be celebrating a lot over the course of their lives together!
